Sierra Wireless AirCard 597E
The Sierra Wireless AirCard® 597E plugs into your “express card” slot in your laptop and functions the same as a traditional PCMCIA PC card. EVDO Rev A is the next-generation wireless network technology that offers typical upload speeds of 300 to 400 kbps and typical download speeds of approximately 450 to 800 kbps. TELUS has launched EVDO Rev A in select markets nationally.
Sierra Wireless AirCard 595
The Sierra Wireless AirCard 595 will be capable of operating on the TELUS Wireless High Speed (EVDO) Rev A network. The AirCard 595 will offer forward compatibility with TELUS’ EVDO Rev A service through a simple software upgrade. EVDO Rev A is the next-generation wireless network technology that offers typical upload speeds of 300 to 400 kbps and typical download speeds of approximately 450 to 800 kbps. TELUS plans to introduce EVDO Rev A service in selected markets across Canada later this year.

The Sierra Wireless AirCard 595U USB modem is capable of operating on the TELUS Wireless High Speed (EVDO Rev A) network. EVDO Rev A is the next-generation wireless network technology that offers typical upload speeds of 300 to 400 kbps and typical download speeds of approximately 450 to 800 kbps. TELUS plans to introduce EVDO Rev A service in selected markets across Canada later this year.
